General Terms

Please provide a clear explanation and reference image(s) according to your request for all of the character(s) you wish for me to draw.

If you have a deadline please mention it. Otherwise, I will take as few as a couple of days or as long as two months to complete.

I have the right to reject or cancel your commission(s) for ANY given reason.

Commission(s) will be rejected if it is on my list of "Won't Draw", which is listed below.

Process

Your commission(s) will be started as soon as I have received payment and in the order it was received on my queue.

Once started, I will send you a sketch(es). During this sketch phase, you may request any large changes to be made. After I have received your approval, I will move forward to inking; therefore, any large changes after the approval of the sketch will incur an additional charge.

If you are requesting a custom, you may request 3 large changes. If you wish for more large changes, you will be charged an additional 30% of the commission per subsequent large request.

I will send you updates as requested if the commission is "in progress" on my trello.

I retain the right to use any rejected sketches at a later date for my use (not of your character, ofc)

Upon completion, the commissioner will receive a non-tangible, full-sized digital png file(s), unless it's an animation. Then it will be in a mov & gif file(s).

Payment

Commission(s) must be paid in full, upfront. If the order is over $100, then a payment plan can be discussed. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

All payments will be in USD via Paypal or Venmo. A 3.49% fee + $0.49 will be added to the cost to cover transaction fees.

If payment has not been received after 48 hours of the invoice being sent, your order will be canceled. If you need more time, please ask.

Cancelation & Refund

You may cancel and/or request a full refund before I have started sketching/working on your commission.

If you request a refund after I have started, you will only be given 50% back of what you paid.

No refunds will be given once I have finished the commission.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission(s) at any time.

You are agreeing, when commissioning me, that you will not file any fraudulent chargebacks against me. If you file for a chargeback, I will withdraw the entirety of the commission and obtain the right to use that artwork however I wish.

Usage & Copyright

I have the right to display the commission(s) anywhere I want; whether it is for monetary or promotional reasons (unless stated by the customer before payment).

I hold all copyrights to the produced artwork, not the customer. (pw: miragon)

The commissioned artwork must be given proper credit whenever and where ever it is used (lavndrwisp) with a direct link to any of my social media outlets: deviantArt, Toyhouse, or Instagram.

You cannot edit or remove my signature.

You cannot edit/set the commission(s) up for redistribution, nor can you use it for commercial projects unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon.

You may use the commissioned work for any personal use and claim rights over the character.

You may include the commissioned art in the sale or resale of your character.
